I have always been into working out and fitness. But after I gave birth to my son in September my weight was the highest it has ever been at a scale tipping 215 pounds. The weight just wouldn’t come off even though I was eating healthy and exercising at my local gym.
Then in December I heard about First Paige Fitness and the byob (bring your baby program). I thought why not give it a shot. I have to say I am beyond thrilled with the program. Paige is an outstanding trainer and gives me motivation when I thought I couldn’t go on. The interaction with other moms and their babies is such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and has created life long friendships.
Being a new mom it is impossible to find time for yourself and that is why the byob program is a perfect fit for new mommies. The locations are gorgeous and I still get to spend quality time with my little one, while improving my overall health and well being. Without paige and the BYOB program, I don’t know where I would be health and fitness wise. I am happy to say that I am now down to 148 pounds and in the best shape of my life.
