The First Paige Fitness BYOB Mommy and Me stroller program is an all-inclusive, 9-week body transformation program designed with new moms in mind.

The personal trainers at First Paige Fitness specialize in helping busy moms obtain optimal health and fitness. We realize that it’s difficult for moms, especially new moms, to take time away from their children in order to get back into their fitness routine. That’s why we’ve designed an all-inclusive 9-week body transformation program that’s just for you!

Our goal with this program is to eliminate the need for a babysitter, provide a well-balanced nutrition plan for your changing body and help you burn off your baby weight. While also enriching your fitness journey to incorporate the new, youthful spirit in your life.

We’ve put together a weekly workout plan that allows flexibility in your fitness schedule. We will also create an individualized nutrition plan that’s verified by a Registered Dietitian so you will get all the nutrients you need. As an added bonus through this program, we also offer one-on-one and group support!

We take this new chapter of your life and all the new goals that come with it very seriously and we’re here to help you make them a reality.

Personalized Nutrition Plan

Say goodbye a boring diet and say hello to an all-inclusive nutrition plan. Our plans are completely customized to you to guarantee your body gets the nutrients that you need to have enough energy to get you through all the long days, and nights, you’re enduring.

Our meal plans are well balanced, customized to your specific fitness goals and nutrition needs and are easily adjustable to give you optimal results! We also offer nutrition coaching to help you stick to the plan on your own.

Flexible Workout Schedule

Choose how many days and what kind of workout you want with our customizable workout schedule. This program offers a mixture of outdoor and gym workouts so no week ever has to be the same.

Our outdoor workouts will incorporate stretching, cardio and strength training that allows you to bond with your baby while you break a sweat. While our gym workouts give you the opportunity to leave baby at home to take a break and focus on additional stretching and toning to help you reach your fitness goals.

Optional Group Support

With our optional group support you have the opportunity to meet other new moms in Santa Barbara who are on this fitness journey with you. Talk about your goals, workout together and maybe even have a baby play date or two. It’s all up to you!

We create a community of support through our program specific, private Facebook groups. In this environment, we provide you with support and an open forum to give you the opportunity to interact with both our trainers and other moms.

One-on-One Support

Our personal trainers are always here to answer any questions to help you succeed. To offer you additional support on your fitness journey, we’re here around the clock via text, phone or email for whatever help you may need.

We strive to ensure that you never feel alone in your fitness journey. Through our one-on-one support system, we provide the tools necessary to cancel out all doubts you may have to leave you in the right mindset to come to every workout ready to succeed!
