Paige has found that the highest rate of client success comes when the client is truly ready to implement real lifestyle changes. Our reputation is only as strong as the consistent success of our clientele, which means we take helping our clients achieve their health and fitness goals very seriously.

Our exercises are designed to remove any and all difficulty involved in getting to the gym and getting ready to work out.  We will guide you every step of the way, so that all that will be required of you when you walk into our facilities is a positive attitude and a serious commitment to positive changes!

Analysis

We understand that everyone eats, trains and lives differently. That’s why we approach everyone’s own fitness journey as the unique, individual process that it is. We guarantee that we will always put the time and effort into personalizing workouts according to potential!

Coaching

We’re here every step of the way. As your coaching staff, we will make it our personal responsibility to keep a close eye on each and every exercise to ensure that it is done with proper technique to maximize efficiency while minimizing potential injury.

One-on-One Support

Accountability is of the utmost importance to our entire staff. Our personal trainers want you to understand that your fitness goals are our number one priority. We’re here to provide all the support we can, both inside and outside the gym.

Personalized Nutrition Plan

As a new mom, we understand that your life has completely changed overnight. With all the stress that comes with the new challenges and changes of having a baby, your diet may be suffering . That’s where the nutrition experts at First Paige Fitness can help. Our plans are completely customized to you to guarantee your body gets the nutrients that you need to have enough energy to get you through all the long days, and nights, you’re enduring. Leave the planning and prepping to us so that you can focus on what matters most: making sure you and your baby are as healthy and happy as possible.

Flexible Workout Schedule

Our personal trainers have put together a specialized workout that’s just for moms! This program offers a mixture of outdoor and gym workouts so no week ever has to be the same. Since we know you’re busy, we like to give you the option to make a workout plan that you can stick to based on your schedule. That’s why  you have the option to choose how many days and what kind of workout you want. In addition, the outdoor workouts will allow you to break a sweat with your baby as they will focus on incorporating both the stroller and your baby into the routine.

Optional Group Support

You’re never alone on the road to optimal health and wellness when you train with First Paige Fitness. With our optional group support you have the opportunity to meet other new moms in Santa Barbara who are on this fitness journey with you. We create a community of support through a private and program specific Facebook group to give you the platform to interact with both our trainers and the other moms in your program. This is completely optional, but we’ve found that creating this community environment helps our clients reach their goals at a higher rate than ever before.
